Beneficiarios
360,000 people receive humanitarian aid on a prioritized basis, especially Venezuelan migrants, Colombian returnees and the host community.

The VenEsperanza consortium is funded by the United States Government and is implemented by the International Rescue Committee, Mercy Corps, Save the Children and World Vision, which provide emergency assistance to 360,000 vulnerable people.

We work in 10 departments of Colombia: Antioquia, Arauca, Atlántico, Bogotá DC, Bolívar, Cesar, Cundinamarca, La Guajira, Norte de Santander and Santander.

Mercy Corps is an active member of the VenEsperanza program, providing direct humanitarian assistance, thus working together with other organizations to deliver aid to the families most affected by Venezuela’s migration crisis.

Humanitarian assistance provides support to the most vulnerable people, meeting their basic needs for water and sanitation, food, non-food items or decent housing, helping to improve families’ living conditions, in addition to having good feeding practices for breastfed boys and girls, and early childhood.
