Mercy Corps in partnership with a local NGO, implemented a program to address the needs of humanitarian aid more urgent and more short term for the new IDPs, refugees in the marginal areas surrounding the cities of Cartagena, Barranquilla and Malambo and loneliness.

Through this partnership, Mercy Corps implemented a 90-day emergency humanitarian assistance programme, to facilitate the stable and sustainable integration of IDP families and households with women breadwinners.
