The Finance Specialist will work under the direction of the Finance Manager, assisting with timely processing and recording of all payment transactions, review of service contracts and purchase of goods across the Caribbean portfolio.

● Background and relevant degree/certificate in Accounting
● A minimum of 3 years experience with finance-related tasks.
● Demonstrated attention to detail, following procedures, meeting deadlines and working and problem solving independently and cooperatively.
● Ability to excel in a remote and multi-national team environment.
● Comfort reviewing contracts with vendors and providers in different countries in both Spanish and English.
● Effective verbal and written communication, organizational, prioritization and Microsoft Office applications.
● Required oral and written skills in Spanish and English.

● Ability to work effectively with an ethnically diverse team in a sensitive environment.
