Reconciliation Deputy Chief of Party - Colombia
The Deputy Chief of Party (DCoP) will play a key leadership role in the implementation of a proposed $55 million, four-year Reconciliation program. The DCoP is responsible for managing the programmatic aspects of the program, ensuring compliance with Mercy Corps’ internal policies and procedures, as well as donor regulations. S/he will ensure that cross-cutting themes, such as gender, social inclusion and conflict sensitivity are integrated throughout the program. The DCoP is a key leadership position with supervisory and managerial responsibility over program personnel. S/he will work closely with the CoP, M&E staff and country teams to oversee management and administration of program operations. In the absence of the CoP, the DCoP will assume some of his/her responsibilities.
