The Project Coordinator (CP) is supervised by the Program Manager. The CP supports and supervises the entire project program team: Technicians / Project Officers, Administration, and Monitoring, Community Liaisons, Interviewers, Facilitators, and Practitioners. Likewise, verify that the participants of the project are registered following Mercy Corps and the donor's rules, manages and manages databases, indicators and works so that the project objectives are met effectively and according to the times established by the donor. The CP creates its own measurement and control tables as dashboards or strategy tables and will be supported at all times by the M&E Officer or Technician to verify that the goals are being achieved with the expected quality and that the complaints or suggestions of the beneficiaries or other people related to the project are taken care of and taken into consideration for the correct implementation of the project. In the same way, the CP represents Mercy Corps in the department, attending meetings convened by the government, the UN or other institutions, and will be in constant communication with the Program Manager to inform and receive indications from it.
