Overview of the program/Department Mercy Corps works to respond to the influx of more than 600,000 Venezuelan emigrants in Colombia and specifically along the border. Through emergency funds, Mercy Corps will provide assistance to 7,000 Venezuelan and Colombian migrants newly returned maximum vulnerable in the Department of La Guajira: Riohacha, Maicao, Uribia, through a program of cash (MPCA, for its acronym in English) for the purchase of non-food products (NFI), transportation, housing, clothing, communications, cleanliness and hygiene and other non-food products, to alleviate their situation of vulnerability and suffering. General position overview The officer monitoring and evaluation (OME) , is supervised by the Manager of M & E, and in the absence of that by the project manager. The OME supports all the project programmatic team. The OME oversees the technician for M & E of the Valledupar Office and programme activities related to the project in Riohacha and Valledupar. Likewise, verifies that the beneficiaries are registered according to the standards of Mercy Corps and the donor, handles and manages databases, indicators and works so that the objectives of the project are met effectively and according to the established time by the donor. Gets statistics and manages other instruments of measurement and control as dashboards or pictures of strategy. Manages the system of complaints and suggestions of the beneficiaries (CARM, for its acronym in English) and direct the post - monitoring along with the programmatic project staff.
