M&E Manager - Consortium VENESPERANZA
The M&E manager of the consortium will be responsible for standardizing the tools and processes of data collection, as well as the methods of analysis throughout the VenEsperanza consortium, in order to allow close collaboration both within the consortium, and among others NGOs and other members of the Working Group on Cash.In addition to being responsible for the consortium's M&E activities and reports, the M&E manager will develop a solid learning agenda for this project. He will be responsible for convening the MEL technical working group and returning the findings to MEL and the program contact points for the consortium to use in decision making. Additionally, it will facilitate the process of analyzing the results by people in the program, taking into account their knowledge and experience, identifying key gaps with the fulfillment of objectives.The M&E Manager of the consortium will provide technical advice to design and execute M&E information systems and plans. This includes the execution of baselines, collection of monitoring information with quantitative and qualitative tools, post-monitoring, design and administration of databases, visits to the field of verification and evaluation to report the results and impacts achieved. Likewise, he / she will be responsible for guaranteeing compliance with the minimum standards in accordance with the M&E guidelines of OFDA / USAID and the minimum M&E standards of the consortium members, through staff training, checklist and completion of internal quality audits
